Manik recently joined Minter Ellison as a Partner in the Corporate team. He specialises in infrastructure law, particularly in the areas of construction, private finance and government projects.

Manik has practiced in both the UK and more recently in Victoria, representing government bodies, owners, financiers, contractors, consultants and suppliers in a number of major infrastructure and procurement projects. In this regard, Manik has advised on the full spectrum of project delivery and procurement strategies (from tenders, construction management, joint ventures, supply, D&C, EPC, O&M, PPP and BOOT), as well as project finance, contract administration and risk management issues. Because of his experience of both the UK and Australian infrastructure models, Manik has a deep understanding of the legal and commercial issues involved in successfully delivering complex projects from the perspective of all involved parties.
