Olivia Warwick
Special Counsel, Melbourne
I have extensive experience advising and acting for Australian and international insurers in a range of insurance claims and litigation, including public and product liability, professional indemnity and aviation.

I also advise trustees, insurers and banking institutions on superannuation life and disability claims, and claims under income protection insurance policies.

My other area of expertise is providing occupational health and safety (OH&S) advice and defending corporations in OH&S prosecutions.

The two secondments I have completed – to Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Australia Limited and MAV Insurance – have improved my understanding of clients’ business needs and expectations, and helped me to develop strong industry relationships.
