I also act for various self insurers defending claims by injured workers.

My practice involves advising clients on their obligations under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic), helping them with claims management issues and training relevant staff members.

For several years I have been mostly engaged in defending workers compensation claims arising in the Latrobe Valley in regional Victoria. I am regularly engaged in litigation before the Supreme Court of Victoria, County and Magistrates’ Courts.
