Bryce Melville
Partner, Gold Coast
I am a property law specialist with more than 20 years' experience advising private and public sector clients. In this time I have developed expertise in all facets of major transactions, including negotiations, due diligence and documentation. I am known among developers, landlords, tenants, receivers, managers, commercial lenders and public sector agencies for my commercial acumen and timely advice.

Within the legal sector and at MinterEllison, I am highly engaged in helping legal clerks, graduates and junior lawyers build their skills and confidence as they enter the legal profession. This passion underpins my approach as a partner responsible for legal training and professional education, and how I develop teams.
