Fiona has extensive experience in private mergers and acquisitions and general commercial contracting, particularly in the energy, telecommunications and public transport sectors. Her expertise includes drafting, negotiating and advising on asset and share sale agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements. Fiona has advised the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority and the Victorian Government on telecommunications sector outsourcing and procurement, and has been a key advisor to the Government of Vanuatu on regulatory and access matters.

She has a detailed knowledge of the National Electricity Law and National Electricity Rules, particularly as they apply to generation, transmission and retail.
