John Mosley is a highly-regarded specialist in corporate finance. As well as corporate finance he practices in leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions finance and debt restructures.
Acting for both Australian and global financiers and borrowers, John has a strong track record in complex domestic and international finance transactions involving acquisitions, listings and corporate debt packages in the manufacturing, leisure, hospitality, health and professional services sectors.
In 2012 he acted for the syndicate of lenders that funded FOXTEL's A$2.1 billion acquisition of AUSTAR. Prior to that he acted for the syndicate of lenders that funded Primary Health Care's A$3.5 billion acquisition of Symbion Health and the subsequent refinancings. John also advised TPG Internet on its A$360 million debt financing for the acquisition of PIPE Networks.
John has advised on many of Australia's other big ticket and middle market financings including Dominos Pizzas, Aero-Care, Southern Cross Dentistry, Field Marketing Services, Jetset Travel Group, GroundProbe, Steelforce, Genesis Care, Super A-Mart, Affinity Health, Bras N Things, Rebel Sport and Cellarmasters.
