Paul's recent experience includes preparing seller due diligence and sale documentation for big-box industrial complexes in Rivervale and Canning Vale, Western Australia.

The backbone of Paul’s practice involves preparing residents’ contracts and service agreements, undertaking retirement village sale and purchase transactions, and advising on relevant sector legislation.
Distressed sale
Paul has advised clients in both the sale and purchase of distressed assets. These transactions typically see Paul working closely with receivers and managers. Most recently, Paul was part of the national Minter Ellison team undertaking the disposal of the plantation, vineyard and other assets of the Great Southern group of companies.
Real estate leasing
Paul has considerable experience acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial and retail leasing. This includes the leasing of premium grade office towers and large retail shopping centres.
