During my career, I have pursued a focus on Commonwealth procurement, contracting and funding. This has involved acting for numerous Commonwealth clients, including in the context of large-scale outsourcing, acquisition and sustainment arrangements.

My practice covers all stages of Commonwealth projects. This includes advising in relation to project strategy; reviewing and drafting complex procurement and contractual documents; and providing legal support during commercial negotiations. I also work on discrete legal issues, for example, in relation to intellectual property rights, risk management and performance management. I am regarded by my clients for my strong understanding of Commonwealth government and the policy framework in which it operates.
