Biography
Tony practices in corporate, property and project finance, primarily acting for financiers and arrangers. He has extensive experience in the institutional finance and bank syndication markets. Recently, Tony has advised in relation to several high profile A-REIT debt restructure transactions.
Tony lectures in Debt Finance for the University of Sydney LLM course. He is a former Lecturer in Banking Law, University of Technology, Sydney LLM Course.
Tony's expertise is recognised by publications such as Chambers Global (2006-2008 editions) where he is named a leading Australian lawyer for banking and finance, Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2008-09 edition) where he is said to "excel" in the property finance field, and PLC Which Lawyer? (2008 edition) where he is named a leading Australian lawyer for banking and finance.
