Biography
With extensive government contracting, tendering and procurement experience, Michael is a strategic legal adviser. He provides advice in relation to major contracting initiatives, capital acquisition and support programs, corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and the establishment of government owned enterprises. He has assisted a number of government clients develop and manage major RFT processes for the acquisition and logistics support of major capital equipment and capability and has been involved in the restructuring of government business enterprises and national associations. This has included significant experience in performance based contracting and major Defence projects.
Michael's clients include Commonwealth departments and agencies, national associations and private sector companies.
Michael also regularly lectures and presents training on risks in contracting and procurement for the Australian Defence Force Academy as part of its Project Administration Program.
