Biography
Christopher's principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and Listing Rules advice, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He has particular expertise in financial services, having spent 18 months as in-house counsel with ING Australia before re-joining Minter Ellison in March 2007.
He has acted for a number of institutional wealth managers on their acquisitions and disposals of financial services businesses (notably advice and distribution).
Christopher initially joined Minter Ellison in April 2002, having spent a period in private practice in London.
