Biography
Gerry is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group. Gerry has over 12 years experience working almost exclusively in corporate and commercial law in Australia, Hong Kong and England. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (including management of due diligence programs), private equity, funds management and joint ventures.
