Biography
With more than 30 years' experience, Warren is one of Minter Ellison's most experienced lawyers.
He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of CBD buildings in Sydney and other major centres, and the leasing of premises on behalf of instititional lessors and tenants. He acts for a number of universities advising on all aspects of their diverse property portfolios.
Warren also has particular experience in acting for insolvency administrators in the realisation of a diverse range of assets including real estate, businesses, corporate structures and intellectual property.
He is a Public Notary of New South Wales and is an accredited specialist in property law with the NSW Law Society.
