Biography
Richard Crawford is an experienced construction and PPP lawyer who joined the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Division in February 2006.
He has advised on government and infrastructure projects in Australia and the United Kingdom. In the UK, Richard negotiated project documentation on PFI projects for schools, colleges, hospitals, prisons, roads, rail and sports & leisure centres, including the London Underground PPP and the University College London Hospital. In Australia, Richard has advised on road, rail and social infrastructure (hospitals, schools and prisons) PPP projects.
Richard also acts in construction disputes for property development and large scale infrastructure projects. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Richard was a practising civil engineer.
