Biography

Michael is a specialist construction and major projects lawyer. His experience includes the preparation and review of a wide range of construction, engineering, maintenance and consultancy agreements for major infrastructure projects (including the provision of advices in relation to various aspects of such projects).

Michael also has experience in the handling of construction and engineering claims and disputes through litigation, arbitration and other means of dispute resolution such as structured negotiation.

Having practiced for 8 years as a civil engineer, Michael adds a practical and technical perspective to the legal services he is able to offer infrastructure projects.

Michael is a regular presenter at seminars. Some of Michael's recent papers and speaking engagements include:
