Biography
Jennifer is a specialist dispute resolution lawyer with more than 10 years' experience in professional indemnity insurance law and litigation in Australia and in England.
Since joining Minter Ellison in 1998, Jennifer has been primarily involved in defending negligence claims on behalf of professionals and directors and officers. Jennifer has particular expertise in defending multi party and complex litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts. She has also undertaken formal studies and training in mediation and negotiation skills and has in interest in risk management.
