Biography
A key member of Minter Ellison's Asian Corporate and Commercial team, Lis has an in-depth understanding of the Asian markets, having worked in the region for over 12 years, first in Thailand, and since 1999, in Hong Kong.
Her practice focus is on corporate and commercial transactions, advising leading international and local organisations on private equity, M&As, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial work. Her advice covers both inbound investment into Hong Kong and China, and outbound investment into Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
She has in-depth experience across several sectors, with particular expertise on major infrastructure developments, and in the energy and resources, and gaming industries.
Lis is named one of the world's leading energy and natural resources lawyers in Expert Guides 2007/2008.
Lis is admitted to practice in New South Wales (1993) and Hong Kong (2000).
