Biography
Trent is a partner in the HR&IR Division and is based in Brisbane. He specialises in the integrated management of all of the employment risks which can flow from a work-related injury (including workers' compensation claims, OH&S, Equal Employment Opportunity, unfair dismissals and industrial disputes). He also has significant litigation experience, with a focus on claims arising out of senior executive termination, including restraint of trade and breach of confidentiality.
Trent acts for clients across a diverse range of industries (both public and private sector) including BHP Billiton, Xstrata, Coles Group, Westpac, Toll Group, Queensland Health, Queensland Institute of Medical Research, Tarong Energy, ENERGEX and Arnotts.
