Biography
Mag joined Minter Ellison in March 2006 and is one of the country's most-respected financial services lawyers with more than 15 years' experience advising superannuation funds.
Before joining Minter Ellison, Mag was a partner of another major law firm and had worked at two other top tier law firms as well as in-house counsel for a large superannuation and life insurance provider.
Mag advises the full spectrum of industry participants (such as industry funds, public offer superannuation funds, corporate funds, public sector superannuation schemes, employers, administrators and public trustee companies) on all legal, regulatory and taxation issues related to superannuation and life insurance.
He is a Fellow of ASFA and a former examiner for various ASFA Diploma and Graduate courses at Macquarie University.
Mag has presented at IIR and ASFA conferences as well as at a National Law Council of Australia Conferences for superannuation lawyers.
