Biography
Stuart is one of Australia's leading managed funds and capital markets lawyers with almost 20 years experience. He regularly advises leading Australian and global fund managers in relation to establishing, structuring, promoting and marketing funds. He also advises on the management of funds including assisting with regulatory issues.
