Biography
Stuart specialises in managed investments and corporate law with an emphasis on public equity raisings.
He regularly advises a number of fund managers on day-to-day compliance issues under trust deeds, prospectuses and the Corporations Law.
Stuart was involved in CPH's reorganisation of the FXF Trust into CPH Investment Corp and acted for Westfield on the issue of unsecured capital notes by Westfield America, Inc. and partly paid units by the Westfield America Trust.
