Biography
David is a special counsel practising in the areas of corporate insolvency and reconstruction (including administration, receivership and liquidation); banking and finance dispute resolution; mediation; and litigation.
He has extensive experience in advising creditors and insolvency practitioners on the multitude of issues which arose out of the early 1990s recession, which are now re-appearing following corporate collapses such as HIH.
He also has experience in advising corporate and institutional clients on practical and commercial business solutions, with particular industry experience of issues concerning clients in the wholesale motor trade.
In the courts, David has acted widely in complex litigation in state Supreme Courts as well as the Federal Court of Australia.
