Biography
Carolyn's areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, in which she has acted for both vendors and purchasers in a wide range of transactions in a number of industries. Carolyn is also experienced in advising on all aspects of securities, including fund raising – from initial public offerings to private placements. She provides general corporate advice on all aspects of Australia's Corporations Act and the Australian Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
In 2005 to 2006, Carolyn relocated to Singapore to work with Las Vegas Sands Inc. on its successful bid for the right to build and operate Singapore's first casino at Marina Bay. Her role encompassed all aspects of bid preparation, project management, legislative review and advising on agreements with government and other interested parties.
Since returning to Australia, Carolyn has assisted an ASX 200 corporation to manage aspects of a proposed major restructure.
Carolyn undertook the Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2006 and is a member of the board of OvCa Australia Limited.
