Biography
Guy Templeton joined Minter Ellison as Chief Executive on 1 February 2005.
He came to us from PA Consulting Group, where he was one of ten global managing partners. Most recently, he was PA Consulting Group's Chairman Asia Pacific Regional Development and Australia Country Head.
With strong credentials in the Asia Pacific – Guy was based in Hong Kong for the best part of a decade – his track record of building profitable professional practices in the region and his international experience are great assets as we consolidate our place as one of the Asia Pacific's premier law firms.
During his time in Asia, Guy ran PA’s global Telecommunications & Media Practice. He then had joint worldwide leadership of the broader Strategy & Private Sector Group.
Guy has worked in more than 20 countries, with responsibility for project delivery in telecommunications, media, information services, financial services, transport, travel, utilities and government sectors, and has overseen the growth of successful practices in Asia, North America and Europe.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Business Council of Australia, a Director of Australian Business and Community Network Limited, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Australian Graduate School of Management.
