Biography
Tim joined Minter Ellison in 2000 after having previously spent nine years as a partner with another leading Australian law firm.
Tim is the head of the Melbourne M&A group and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, management and leveraged buyouts, capital raisings, corporate governance, joint ventures, large commercial contracts, underwritings and venture capital.
He also has an extensive commercial practice, advising on government projects and corporate and commercial issues generally.
Since joining Minter Ellison, Tim has represented many Australian and international groups, including Singapore Power Limited, PowerGen plc, US Filter, Siemens, Yarra Trams Partnership, Hydro Tasmania, Mayne Group Limited and Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA).
Tim is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Securities Institute of Australia.
