Biography
Jacinda de Witts is a commercial and regulatory partner with extensive experience in the energy, transport and health sectors.
Jacinda specialises in government contracting, including large-scale franchise, infrastructure, technology and services contracts. She has acted for a number of private operators in relation to public transport franchise agreements with the New South Wales and Victorian State governments and for the Victorian government on procurement projects.
Jacinda also advises health service providers and private health insurers on commercial contracting, regulatory issues and transactions. She also advises major energy sector clients on relevant regulatory regimes, complex due diligence investigations and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
Prior to joining Minter Ellison, Jacinda worked in the Australian offices of a major multinational law firm for five years and before commencing in private practice Jacinda spent several years working for the federal government.
