The partners and staff of MinterEllison mourn the passing of Mark Green on Wednesday 10 January 2018 after a long illness.

An inspirational partner and leader, Mark played a pivotal role in the success of the firm for more than 15 years, including as our Melbourne Managing Partner, Markets Leader and most recently as our Deputy CEO.

In addition to his firm leadership roles, Mark will be remembered as an astute lawyer with an unyielding focus on building strong client relationships.

Mark’s contribution extended well beyond the firm in numerous Board and other roles. His insight and wise counsel will be missed by colleagues and clients alike.

On 16 January, over 400 of Mark's family, friends and colleagues gathered for a memorial service at Sandringham Yacht Club to celebrate his life and extraordinary accomplishments.

We extend our deep condolences to his wife, Carissa, daughters Aimee and Chloe and his extended family.
