With over 20 years’ experience across government and industry, I lead complex matters, advise on defensible data strategies, and deliver practical, risk-informed outcomes for clients.

  • Royal Commissions and other regulators: Assisted clients in responding to Notices issued for the Financial Services Royal Commission, Disability Royal Commission, Veteran's Suicide Royal Commissions, Aged Care Royal Commission, Natural Disaster Arrangements Royal Commission, Child Abuse Royal Commission, and most recently, the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion.
  • NSW Government litigation technology services: Leading the Discovery & Data Intelligence team supporting various government departments manage responses to Standing Order Notices to produce documents. In addition to the day-to-day running of some matters, I coordinate the maintenance of best practice guides, operating procedures, template databases and operational checklists to streamline each Notice response.
  • Cyber: Directed forensic investigations into cyber incidents and data breaches, including compromised mailboxes and insider risk matters, supporting regulatory reporting and legal privilege assessments.
  • Data governance: Advised on data governance and remediation strategies following high-risk incidents, including identification and handling of sensitive personal information and regulatory exposure.
  • Emerging technologies: Designed and contributed to the development of market leading tools for e-discovery (Max) and AI-enabled document review (Lantern), delivering significant savings in time and money for clients. My insights have helped clients introduce and optimise their own legal technology capabilities.
