I bring more than 25 years' experience in acting in a broad range of complex disputes in State and Federal Courts, including contractual, shareholder and joint venture disputes, consumer and competition claims, and judicial review.

I have gained considerable expertise in the practical application of technology to assist with the efficient conduct of litigation, and have been actively involved in related reforms and education. Additionally, I am called upon to assist public and private sector clients in relation to privacy, freedom of information, information management and security issues, and cyber incidents.
