I am a property lawyer with more than 2 decades of experience advising investors, owners and tenants on the full spectrum of real estate law. My primary areas of focus are advising clients with national property portfolios, volume leasing work on national portfolios and precedent development.

Career highlights

Acting for major clients such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Australian Postal Corporation, Australian Unity and Reading in respect of their national property portfolios, including:

  • preparing and settling standard precedent documentation;
  • negotiating national profiles with major institutional landlords;
  • negotiating leasing transactions (for example: agreements for lease, leases, renewals of lease, licences and ancillary documents); and
  • providing advice on property related matters.

I also provide bespoke property and leasing support to select Pro Bono clients.
