Career highlights

• Acted for a syndicate of banks funding the development of the iconic Pacific Bondi Beach on Australia's most famous beachfront that involved extensive due diligence and negotiation of side deeds with the builder, anchor tenants, the QS and other project parties
• Advising lenders in relation to facilities to major Charter Hall, Cromwell and Centuria funds and drafting all necessary finance documents including loan agreements, security documents and tripartite deeds
• York & George development finance
• Acted for lender to Narellan Town Centre development finance which included side deeds with major retailers and local council and a complex security structure
• Acted on the sale of Lloyds Banking Group's Australian businesses including extensive due diligence on finance documents
