I am focused on helping clients navigate tricky employment and industrial issues in a practical and pragmatic way. I enjoy working with clients to help them better understand the legal context of their decisions.

I am focused on providing targeted advice to my clients, by developing deep relationships with clients and gaining an understanding of their business and the demands of their stakeholders. I work with both private and public sector clients across a broad range of industries.

I have experience in a wide range of workplace relations matters, including enterprise agreement negotiations and strategy, employee entitlement reviews and remediations, organisational restructures, termination claims and difficult employee separations.
