• Led the successful defence of a defamation claim brought by Ben Roberts-Smith on behalf of Nine Entertainment and its journalists Nick McKenzie and Chris Masters in the Federal Court of Australia, including the appeal in the Full Court of the Federal Court.
• Pre-publication advisor to a number of Australian media clients, including The Age, Crikey and Capital Brief, and international media publishers including the New York Times, CNN and Bloomberg.
• Leading civil and criminal proceedings on behalf of a defendant in Australia's largest ever foreign bribery prosecution and proceeds of crimes action.
• Advising business and organisational leaders, and members of parliament, in relation to high profile media matters and crisis management.
