My practice spans a broad range of industries acting for both Australian and international clients, with a particular focus on real estate and hospitality sectors, private capital transactions and platform growth and divestment strategies.

I am a commercial and solutions‑focused adviser, known for navigating complex M&A transactions with clarity, precision and a strong focus on client outcomes. I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital transactions. I have particular depth in real estate and private capital transactions, including large‑scale and cross‑border investment strategies.

I am regularly trusted to lead and coordinate large, multidisciplinary transaction teams, bringing together the best of MinterEllison to deliver collaborative, timely and commercially focused advice on complex and high‑value matters. I have significant experience advising on both sell‑side and buy‑side transactions, including domestic and inbound investment into Australia, and have supported international investors entering and expanding in the Australian market, as well as founders executing strategies through to exit.
