Much of my work involves creating and updating precedent lease documentation to reflect each client's unique culture and requirements.  I am specialist in retail tenancies law and co-authored MinterEllison’s Retail Tenancy Legislation Compendium.  I have delivered almost a hundred presentations and published numerous journal articles on retail tenancies law, as well as preparing a wide range of advices regarding tenancy issues.

• Drafted precedent suites for Abacus, Brookfield, Challenger/Elanor, Charter Hall, Dexus, GPT, ISPT, Knowles Group, Lendlease, Mirvac, Prime Value / Shakespeare and QIC, including co-authoring the original short-form lease documentation for Dexus.
