Much of my work involves creating/updating precedent lease documentation to reflect the particular client's culture and requirements.  I am a regular presenter at Property Council of Australia workshops, and Leo Cussen and Legalwise seminars. I am specialist in retail tenancies law and co-authored MinterEllison’s Retail Tenancy Legislation Compendium.

Career highlights

• Worked in the real estate sphere for over 20 years.
• Acted for many years for some of Australia’s leading commercial, industrial and retail owners, including AMP, ARA, Challenger, Dexus, GPT, Lendlease and Vicinity.
• Drafted precedent suites AMP, ARA, Challenger, Dexus, GPT and Lendlease amongst others, including co-authoring the original short-form lease documentation for Dexus.
• Currently assisting clients to understand and navigate COVID-19 legislation across Australia and preparing proforma letters, variations of lease and other COVID-19 specific drafting.
