I have extensive experience preparing and negotiating EPC contracts, early contractor involvement agreements, design and construction contracts, supply arrangements, connection agreements, operation and maintenance contracts, EPCM contracts, development agreements and other related project documents. My clients benefit from my strategic and commercial approach to matters and ability to simplify complex issues quickly.
I enjoy collaborating with my clients to successfully deliver their projects and seek to always 'go the extra mile.' I was very pleased to receive Lexology's Client Choice Award in Construction for Australia in 2022.
I have a strong interest and presence in the construction industry. I am actively involved in the Society of Construction Law Australia and co-chair their Events Committee (Victorian Chapter) responsible for arranging educational and networking events.
