I specialise in complex development, leasing and major commercial property transactions across the commercial, health, education, industrial and renewable sectors. I am regularly trusted to advise on high-value development and infrastructure projects, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of their projects from structuring through to delivery and operation.
I have extensive experience working with student accommodation providers and higher education institutions across Australia, and I am particularly passionate about the role of education in Australia’s broader economy. I also have a strong track record in health and social infrastructure, including hospitals, research facilities and purpose-built developments.
I am known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice and for my deep understanding of clients’ businesses and the markets in which they operate.
