  • Supported the National Data Commissioner in delivering the whole‑of‑government Data Inventory Pilot Program, establishing a consistent approach to the development and implementation of data inventories across Australian Government agencies.
  • Advised the Privacy Commissioner on the COVIDSafe App, assessing information‑lifecycle compliance under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Led data, information and knowledge management maturity assessments for State and Federal Government agencies to inform strategic planning and capability uplift. 
  • Developed enterprise data, information and knowledge management strategies to strengthen decision-making, governance and operational performance across government agencies.
