I practise at the intersection of technology and law, providing strategic advice on the application of AI and emerging technologies to solve complex challenges in litigation and investigations.

I co-developed MinterEllison's market-leading AI-enabled review service, which assists clients to obtain faster access to insights and refined pools of evidence to defensibly respond to court deadlines and regulatory notices.

Career highlights

  • AI-enabled review: Co-developing and leading the implementation of MinterEllison's AI-enabled review service, 'Lantern', which has been defensibly deployed on over 40 client matters ranging from pre-action investigations, Regulatory responses and discovery in commercial disputes. 
  • Construction Litigation: Providing review management leadership on multiple construction disputes with over 1 million documents and several hundred million in quantum, utilising market leading and purpose-built technology.
  • Regulatory responses: Leading numerous responses to ACCC s155 Notices for both government departments and private commercial clients, involving comprehensive data collection and complex document culling workflows and leading a team of lawyers to review sensitive material within the deadline and to budget. 
  • Parliamentary responses: Providing legal and technical support on over 30 document production responses for NSW Government departments, including Commissioner inquiries and Standing Order 52s, leading the collection of evidence and identification of sensitive material in collaboration with in-house teams.
