I advise clients on all aspects of competition and consumer law, assisting them to resolve complex compliance issues and representing them in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by regulators, including the ACCC and ACMA. I am known for providing clear, strategic advice in challenging and rapidly evolving matters. Whether acting for clients in regulatory investigations, responding to enforcement action or developing effective compliance strategies, I bring deep expertise and a pragmatic approach focused on delivering effective results.
Alongside this, I have a strong government practice acting for public sector clients on some of their most sensitive and high profile matters. This includes advising on inquiries, internal investigations and disputes involving a variety of legal issues. I understand the unique pressures and responsibilities that come with acting for government and I work closely with my clients to help them manage risk and achieve optimal outcomes.
I practised as a barrister for five years, representing clients in a variety of commercial law proceedings. My litigation experience includes acting for clients in proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia, as well as in various administrative tribunals.
