I am an alternative funds lawyer advising investment managers on their funds establishment and capital aggregation arrangements, across alternative asset classes including private credit, private equity, venture capital and hedge fund strategies.   

In particular I regularly advise on the formation of PE, VC and credit funds as well as co-investment and bespoke mandate arrangements.  In addition I advise on the formation of bespoke feeder funds for offshore alternative funds. 

My practice involves institutional products, wholesale funds as well as advising on forming retail funds focussed on these strategies, as well as the formation and launch of listed investment trusts.  I advise managers on all aspects of their capital and investor facing needs including carry arrangements, fund governance and financial services regulatory compliance.

• Metrics Credit Partners: advised on the formation and IPO of MXT, MOT and MRE as well as further capital raises in these vehicles.

• S64: advised on the launch of S64 Hg Fusion Private Capital Access Fund, an Australian retail scheme providing access to Hg's private markets platform.
