Operating in Hong Kong since the mid 1980s, we were one of the first Australasian law firms to establish a presence here as a local law firm.

Our Hong Kong team's focus is on capital markets, M&A, private equity, projects, construction and infrastructure and dispute resolution, but we also have extensive industry expertise in energy and resources, and real estate.

The Hong Kong office is the firm's hub for its Asian operations and works closely with the Beijing and Shanghai offices on China and Mongolia inbound and outbound foreign direct investment.
