Social impact strategy

Our Pro Bono program has been developed to improve access to justice and engage people across our firm to address complex social challenges.

Providing pro bono legal services to individuals in need, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises is central to how we create sustainable value and tangible benefits for our pro bono clients, our people and our communities. Lawyers from across the firm provide pro bono legal support in their area of expertise to individuals and organisations in need or where there is a significant public interest to protect or pursue.

Our Community Program plays a vital role in amplifying our positive social impact and serves as a bridge to further engage our Firm and its people with through charitable donations, volunteering efforts, in-kind support, and strategic partnerships with community organisations contributing to the wellbeing of our people and our community.

By aligning closely with our Pro Bono Program and the firm's broader sustainability initiatives, our Community program creates a synergy that reinforces our commitment to driving positive change and delivering sustainable value.
