Renewable energy transmission

Significant investment is being made into renewable energy to meet our emission reduction targets and transition to a low-carbon energy system, particularly through Renewable Energy Zones and other major transmission infrastructure investments that support the electrification. VicRoads Modernisation

Advised the Victorian Government on the VicRoads Modernisation project to establish a 40-year partnership in which the Government retains ownership of VicRoads, while generating $7.9 billion in upfront proceeds for the State, which will be invested in the new Victorian Future Fund to help manage Victoria's pandemic debt.

Supported the Plenary Group-led consortium on its successful bid to the Victorian Government for the Convention and Event Centre PPP, adjacent hotel and associated commercial development.

Cobbora Solar Farm

Advised Pacific Partnerships in acquiring the Cobbora Solar Farm, a 700MWac solar farm and battery energy storage system situated in the NSW Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone. Once developed, Cobbora Solar Farm will be one of the largest solar farms in Australia.

Sydney Metro – West, Western Sydney Airport, City & Southwest and Northwest

Our work has spanned the public and private side of Sydney Metro projects, acting for Sydney Metro, contractors, operators and station developers. We acted for the NSW government to deliver the $11b Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project involving 23-kilometre new railway and six new metro stations procured as series of design & construct packages together with a long term PPP for the delivery and operation of the line.

Victorian Health and Building Authority – New Melton Hospital PPP, New Footscray Hospital PPP and Frankston Hospital Redevelopment PPP

Advised the State of Victoria on all aspects of the procurement processes for the New Melton Hospital PPP, New Footscray Hospital PPP and the major redevelopment of Frankston Hospital. Each project when delivered will provide major enhancements to the Victorian public health and hospital networks.
