Advised the Department of Defence on the $1.2b Northern Territory Training Areas and Ranges project and several major Defence military base redevelopment matters around Australia, including in the Northern Territory, RAAF Edinburgh (SA), Elizabeth North Training Depot (SA), Paterson Barracks and New Cadet Facilities (TAS), Anglesea Barracks (TAS), HMAS Waterhen (NSW), Keswick Barracks (SA), Woodside Barracks (SA).

Advised the Cross Yarra Partnership on the $6b Melbourne Metro Tunnel and Stations PPP. Our role involved negotiating with the State, key subcontractors, lenders and third party equity, to finalise the Project Documents with the State, the key design and construction and maintenance subcontracts, the financing arrangements with a large banking syndicate, as well as advising on and establishing the equity capital structure and interfacing arrangements.

We advised on WSA's Enterprise Technology Contract to deliver a technology framework for the airport that allows more than 60 technology systems to talk to each other to deliver a fast, seamless journey for customers. The contract is integral to WSA's vision of becoming Australia's first digitally enabled airport, offering an unrivalled experience to airline, passenger and air cargo customers.
