  • Patties Foods Limited, an Australian food manufacturing company that owns a portfolio of iconic Australian brands, including Four'N Twenty, Nannas and Chefs Pride, on its sale to Pacific Equity Partners implemented via a members' scheme of arrangement.
  • The vendors of Burra Foods on the sale of the South Gippsland-based dairy ingredients processor and exporter to a consortium of Chinese buyers led by Inner Mongolia Fuyuan Farming Co Ltd and including CIC Investment Fund and COFCO.
  • Shanghai CRED Real Estate Stock Co., Limited in relation to its takeover bid for S. Kidman & Co Limited, which was made jointly with Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd.
