With a very experienced team advising on projects and regulation across Australia and overseas, our team advises across a wide range of commodities, from coal, iron, lithium, copper, zinc, nickel, gold, silver, tin, uranium to molybdenum and rhenium. These projects include mine development, supporting clients with securing tenure and approvals, constructing the mine and supporting infrastructure, and establishing contractual arrangements to commence operations.
