Sarah is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Shanghai with experience in transactions involving Asia and Australia. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, setting up new business, capital raising, corporate and strategic advice, and corporate governance. A key focus of her practice is advising foreign investors on structuring investments in China and providing ongoing legal support to joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises. Her corporate clients include multi-national corporations with interests in a range of industries in China, including real estate, energy and resource development. Sarah is also a skilled adviser on employment law matters.
