An experienced procurement and contracts lawyer, Cris documents 'front end' contract formation for project procurement and provides 'back end' representation for parties in construction and engineering dispute resolution. Cris is also regarded as the pre-eminent ‘Security for Payment’ lawyer in the Northern Territory, having assisted in the drafting of the relevant legislation and acted in 90% of claims that have been adjudicated in the Northern Territory.
