Minter Ellison advises Gloucester on A$8+ billion merger with Yanzhou

Minter Ellison is acting as the legal advisor to Gloucester Coal on its recently proposed A$8+ billion merger with China's Yanzhou Coal Mining.

Minter Ellison is advising on all aspects of the merger proposal, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and structuring arrangements.
