Biography

David is a skilled construction and engineering, industry and property investment lawyer, advising clients in all stages and aspects of projects.

He is experienced in all kinds of dispute resolution in relation to the construction industry. He represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, in court or in arbitration.

David has acted on behalf of many major clients including SingTel Optus (formerly Cable & Wireless Optus), Qantas, major contractors, subcontractors, government corporations and building proprietors.

David is a member of the Editorial Panel for Australian Construction Law newsletter.
