Biography
David is a skilled construction and engineering lawyer, advising clients in all stages and aspects of projects. He is admitted to practise in Hong Kong, New South Wales and Western Australia.
He is experienced in all kinds of dispute resolution in relation to the construction industry, representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, in court or in arbitration proceedings.
Recognised as a leading construction lawyer in Hong Kong by the Asia Pacific Legal, since 2005 he has led a team of lawyers representing Las Vegas Sands Inc in the procurement of trade and supply contracts in connection with the construction of the Venetian Macau Resort, in renovation and new work to the Sands Casino, Macau, in the construction of the Four Seasons Hotel, casino and residential complex, and in construction of the Parcel 5 and 6 casino resort and hotel complex.
David has also acted on behalf of many major clients, including SingTel Optus, Qantas, major contractors, subcontractors, government corporations and building proprietors.
