A strong Parental Leave Policy

In 2021, we introduced a new Parental Leave Policy. Paid primary carer parental leave is 20 weeks for Partners and employees, and secondary carer paid parental leave is 4 weeks for Partners and employees. Importantly, paid primary and secondary carers leave is available anytime in the first 24 months from birth or adoption.
